NBI’s two partners bring 65 years of combined experience covering all aspects of residential & commercial exterior improvements, restoration, and new home construction. After starting out on separate paths as roofing contractors in the 1970’s, Ed and Tom went on to build their respective companies both using the simple principles of good service and good work at a fair price. Their paths crossed when they became the top management team of what was to become the largest wholesale distributor of exterior building products in the tri-state market under their 20-year guidance.

The principals of NBI bring that experience and knowledge to each job they bid. Both have “expert” knowledge and factory-training in all types of exterior products. They enjoy a unique relationship with the management and personnel of major brands such as Certainteed, James Hardie, GAF Timberline, Tamko, & Eldorado Stone, as well as competing brands and alternative products. Ed and Tom have been trained and certified in recognizing and using “Green” products & companies for the environmentally conscious consumer.
